About the role
Account Directors at No Brainer are key members of the Senior Leadership Team, helping to make important decisions on the future direction of the agency. You need to be a strategic thinker and someone who leads by example. A creative team player who can inspire the team around you, but also prepared to roll your sleeves up and get things done when it really matters. Solid agency or in-house experience is a must, along with a strong commercial mind to help drive new business and growth.
