We’re looking for a talented new Digital PR Manager to join our award-winning team at No Brainer!

We’re a multi-skilled agency, combining lots of services including traditional and digital PR, SEO and content marketing; organic and paid social media and influencer marketing.

We believe in integrated communications, creating attention-grabbing campaigns for our clients which are always rooted in clever data and smart analytics.

Through our Creative Intelligence model, we take the time to truly understand the needs of each client we work with. We put together campaigns across multiple channels to help them stand out from the crowd, and we measure and evaluate everything we do to keep on improving.

About the role

The Digital PR Manager role sits at the heart of our Digital PR offering and will be crucial for driving the success of our service. You need to be a creative thinker, passionate about new ideas and confident to try and test new techniques. Fundamentally, you love a great story and can make interesting content out of different forms of data and information. You’re excited about landing links with top publications and interested in what kind of content makes our client’s customers tick. Working alongside our Digital PR Director and Account Executives, you’ll have a great team to support you, so being a team-player is a must and experience of line management is a big plus.

The skills we’re looking for

  • Demonstrable experience of working on Digital PR campaigns and content, with a track record of links and coverage secured on high-quality websites
  • Skilled at using Digital PR and outreach tools, such as media databases and email distribution tools
  • Demonstrable experience of using different types of Digital PR and outreach techniques, for example newsjacking, data campaigns and thought leadership.
  • Build strong, mutually positive relationships with designated clients, establishing a solid rapport to support client retention
  • Apply No Brainer’s ‘Creative Intelligence’ model to all client accounts with a clear grasp of each element
  • Confident leading and contributing to brainstorming sessions, and pitching new ideas to clients
  • A clear understanding of the relationship between Digital PR and SEO, and how links impact SEO performance
  • Comfortable managing the day-to-day Digital PR activities on client accounts, with support from the Digital PR Director and Account Executives

The experience we need

  • Track record securing links on top tier publications using a variety of digital pr and outreach techniques
  • Proven experience of creating digital PR content for a variety of different clients from different industries, from idea conception to outreach and placement
  • Knowledge of Digital PR techniques and best practice
  • An understanding of Digital PR trends and industry
