Gary is co-owner and a director of No Brainer. A former news journalist and corporate communications strategist and leader across both private and public sectors.

Gary Jenkins - Director
Lee, fellow co-owner and director of No Brainer, is an award-winning communications professional with significant in-house and agency experience across multiple sectors. Lee sits on the North West CIPR Committee, heads up the CIPR’s Merseyside+ sub committee and is one of only a handful of CIPR chartered practitioners in the UK.
First car: A navy blue Ford Fiesta – J reg. It only had four gears!
I take my brew: With milk – mid-strength. And it definitely tastes better with the milk in first.
Biggest weakness: I love a good stationery haul. I fall to pieces without my pens, pencils, etc.
Office tune: Macklemore – Can’t Hold Us.
Tipple of choice: Big fan of a latte but I’d always choose a beer first after hours.
Lee Cullen - Director
Anna joined the team as an account executive after working for online retailer, Shoetique, where she worked with a range of high-profile brands including Disney, Sketchers and Barbour.
Anna’s work at No Brainer spans across all aspects of the agency’s offering with a focus on content marketing and social media. From managing both B2B and B2C social campaigns and co-ordinating influencer outreach to writing compelling news articles, Anna’s experience adds a huge amount of value to the No Brainer operation.

Anna Williams - Account Executive
Emily is an experienced account executive, with a breadth of PR and social media knowledge – spanning from law to children’s toys. Having worked at a Manchester agency during and after her English Literature degree, she is well versed in both B2C and B2B PR. She has worked with multiple national clients including TOMY Toys, Park Group and Elf on the Shelf.
Emily works across a range of clients across varied sectors and offers online insight, social media advice and PR expertise.

Emily Craig - Senior Account Executive
Hannah is an experienced communications professional with a wealth of knowledge working for high-profile brands. With a background in local government communications as well as agency-side, Hannah is well-versed in delivering content and campaigns for a range of clients across a wide breadth of sectors.
Hannah works across all aspects of agency activity including video for social media, influencer outreach and social media campaigns and is No Brainer’s longest standing employee!

Hannah Jones - Account Manager
Helen Lang - Account Executive
Lauren has over eight years’ experience working in the PR industry, covering both agency and client side.
She has worked with a host of national brands including Aldi, AO.com and Revolution Bars Groups as well as Southport Flower Show and Liverpool ONE amongst her clients.
Lauren’s experience lies in planning and delivering insight driven, creative PR campaigns, which sit in line with brand strategy. Creating content which works across multiple communication channels, Lauren works on producing stand-out results for a range of the agency’s clients.

Lauren Pritchard - Account Director
Mel is No Brainer’s office manager and manages all aspects of day-to-day office life at the agency.
Having previously worked at Iris Worldwide and the British Council and with a degree in interior design, Mel managed our whole office move including the design and fit out of the space. And thanks to her, our office was dubbed “Warrington’s coolest office”.
From managing client meetings and invoices to heading up our social calendar, the No Brainer operation simply couldn’t function without Mel!

Mel Phillips - Operations Manager
Michelle is an award-winning PR and marketing professional, working across a range of sectors with a focus on consumer and commercial brands.
Michelle has over a decade of PR and marketing experience under her belt. Starting her career at The Walt Disney Company, she has since worked in both agency and in-house PR and communications roles, most recently heading up the global PR & Marketing for video games publisher, Ripstone, before starting at No Brainer.
Michelle specialises in building brand awareness, media and influencer relations, strategic planning and evaluation, as well as social media management.
