No Brainer expands again with a trio of new starters and a flurry of promotions
We’re so excited to introduce you to three new faces at No Brainer as well as celebrating five in-house promotions!
Our four-year-old agency is now 11-strong, which means we have doubled the size of our team within the last year.
First off, we’ve welcomed Rebecca Sweeney as an Account Manager who joins us with a mix of B2B and B2C experience across and a strong agency background. Outside of work, she loves playing netball and has recently taken up running, although she hasn’t persuaded anyone in the office to go running with her yet!
Next up is Will Catterall who joins us from North Wales as an Account Executive. Will is an experienced B2B exec who loves his football and is a supporter’s liaison officer and matchday social media coordinator for his local side, Connah’s Quay Nomads FC.
Completing the trio is Helen Lang, who has joined us as an Account Executive having worked agency-side in Liverpool. Helen is from the city so adds to our scouse contingent, but only mentions her public-transport commute once (or twice) a day!
We’re also incredibly proud to announce five promotions across our existing team.
Lauren has joined the senior leadership team as Account Director and Michelle is now Senior Account Manager. Hannah has been promoted to Account Manager and Emily Craig has moved to become Senior Account Executive.
Our Office Manager, Mel, has also taken on additional responsibilities and has been promoted as the agency’s new Operations and Projects Manager. Mel will manage the company’s upcoming expansion plans, alongside project-based client work as well as being the agency’s “Head of Happiness”.
Director, Lee Cullen, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Rebecca, Helen and Will to our team, as they each bring something unique and special to the agency.
“The last year for No Brainer has been incredible. The team has doubled in size and we have a growing team of hungry, talented communications professionals. We’ve also made some well-deserved promotions and welcomed a range of new clients from different sectors and areas of the UK.”
